Frequently Asked Questions
You can find answers to some of the questions we are asked most often by our guests below.
I can't swim, can I take part in rafting?
It is recommended that you can swim, but you do not need to be an Olympic swimmer. You will be given a life jacket, and the skipper is there for emergencies.
Which month should I choose for rafting?
You can come rafting at any time during the season (May - October). Weekdays are less crowded and weekends have larger groups. At the start of the season the water level is higher, so there is more adrenaline; at the end of July and in August the water level is lower and rafting is slower, which suits families.
Can children go rafting on the Tara?
Yes. Children can go rafting. We recommend the period from the end of June, when water levels are lower and the water is much calmer.
Does rafting take place when it rains?
It depends on the amount of rainfall, the weather conditions and the decision of the group itself.
How do I make a reservation?
Click "Book now" in the main menu and call us or send us an email. Every activity on our website has its own booking box, so you can easily book the package you want.

How many people fit in one raft boat?
Rafting boats are usually designed for 6-8 people, plus the skipper. However, there are also larger boats for groups of up to 12-14 people.
